Toni undertakes public speaking engagements particularly to women entrepreneurs, small business groups, ethnic minority groups, students and young people.

She has a passionate interest in developing confidence in budding entrepreneurs and in supporting and nurturing the “underdog”. Toni believes that anyone can do anything if given the chance and the right encouragement.

Toni Shawley also has positive and constructive ideas about a woman’s place in business. She successfully delivered the 'Women into Business' training programmes in North Hampshire for Business Link Wessex over a number of years. She loved every minute of it and has developed a network of women entrepreneurs who are able and committed to run successful businesses. She claims no credit for this but says:
